Help With Rendering

Hello, my video shows fine in AE, but when I render, the first 2 seconds are black. ANyone has any recommendation? please.

    I figured it out. On may case I just draw a white square and used as background and magically fix the problem.

    I have the same issue, Caché doesn't load in my principal pre-comp the secondary yes, but the principal.

    On the first 2 seconds I have animated text on a white background, and then I have some pictures after the 2 seconds time. But the text does not show, nor the white background.
