Probably something wacky about the codec that video file is using. Try using Adobe Media Encoder to change it into something more production-friendly. Cineform, DNxHD, QuickTime with the PhotoJPEG codec, etc.

This is correct, It was in .AVI, not recommended for AFTER EFFETS, now I know how to use media encorer, thank you

Glad to help! Although, I do want to clarify something. AVI is just a container. AVIs can be just fine in After Effects. The codec that is inside the AVI is the potential issue. Where I work, we use AVIs encoded with the Cineform codec for the majority of our footage and it works great.
