Hi I'm Chris and I'm new to Adobe After Effects. I did 27 tutorials so far to learn the program and also to try to figure out how to do a certain style graphic on my own but no luck so far.

I would like some help please on how to create this moving tube thing on this Hermès video that has colors moving through it and how it moves out of the scene. Maybe there's a tutorial video I can watch or something you recommend me to read or if you can type out detailed instructions that would be amazing.
