herramienta de posicion de estirado de marioneta / puppet stretching position tool

ES: Hola que tal, soy nuevo animando (literal recien empiezo je), al poner la herramienta de posicion de marioneta si se puede mover, pero luego al poner los puntos para la herramienta de posicion de estirado de marioneta por algun motivo no me deja moverla :(. Por las dudas, tengo la capa seleccionada.

EN: Hi there, I'm new to animation (I'm just getting started, literally), and when I set the puppet position tool, I can move it, but then when I set the points for the puppet stretch position tool, for some reason it won't let me move it :(. Just in case, I have the layer selected.                     (BTW I USING TRANSLATOR)
