hi,I can't update my AE 2017.help...

2017's 27inch Mac, OS 10.12.6. I installed AE 2017 14.0. and open creative cloud, can't update AE from 14.0 to 14.2.1.everytime stop at 42%........help.......

    Try to do this:

    1.- Access to your Creative Cloud panel and Log Out.

    2.- Be sure to close all the CC apps.

    3.- Log In again and try it.

      I do it，but it also stop at 42%。。。。and i find hard disks/.adobeTemp have tow folder:AdobeColor_VideoProfilesAE_1_0-mul,AdobeColor_MotionPicture_1_0-mul.pimx.

      Then I suggest you to use this Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

      Run the CC Cleaner Tool and try again.
