Hi - I can't use the transform tools

Hi - I'm a newby with after effects and don't find the possibility to change the properties of 'transform'. How can I see all this values?

Toggle the buttons at the bottom of the timeline or press Shift+F4 or right-click on the column headers to reveal the A/V column. You may want to read the relevant section of the online help on some of these basics.
