Hola, espero que puedan ayudar con este problema

Me pasa lo mismo, por más que selecciono alguna opción no puedo abrirlo, no pasa de Mediacore, ya lo desinstalé y volví a instalar y me sigue saltando lo mismo, ya no se que hacer ¿Alguien tiene una solución?

Tengo el mismo problema, aunque reinicie las preferencias el proyeco se daña y queda en blanco

Sorry to hear about the crash. Have you tried resetting the preferences and disabling the plug-ins? Does that help? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Are you able to launch After Effects, or does it crash on launch?
