Hi, ive got an older version of AE (CS3 Professional). It installed fine on my Mac but then it wants me to activate it. It's not possible, installer thinks Ive got a firewall active but I don't. Ive got an Adobe Account, can I activate it there? Thx heaps

Are you using the special installer and serial number?

-you MUST use the special serial number AND the special installer you download, not your originals
