How can I access old Teams Projects on Adobe After Effects

Hello,

 

I recently changed my Adobe Subscription and since then, I have been unable to access my old Teams Projects on After Effects. When I select "Open Teams Project" no files are displayed.

 

How can I access these files? 

 

I am currently using After Effects 2023 on MacOS Monterey.

I don't think you'll have much luck with this then. Unless there is some forgotten-about local auto-save/ sync version it's simply behind the CC Library paywall.

What specific plan did you sign up for/ change to? what did the projects contain? Were they ever properly saved locally/ exported? You need to provide more info.

Thanks for your swift response!

 

This project was from a year ago so, while we did export MP4 files to our local network, I can't find any After Effects project files. 

I downgraded from a Teams subscription to a personal account. I can still access the Admin Console of this account, but I'm not sure how I'm able to access the associated storage (screenshot attached) and whether this is relevant.
