How can I add green screen to my composition

Hi. Can someone head up me how to add green screen to composition below?

It is transparent now?Probably.Hit the transparency view (the button arrowed below) and if you see a checkerboard pattern, it's transparent.Something like this:If you are laying this over another composition in After Effects, you can simply drag this comp from the Project window into your other comp.If you want to lay this over something in another application, like Premiere Pro, then render this as a file with an alpha channel. If you're not sure how, send your comp to the Render Queue, and choose the "Lossless with Alpha" output module, then render.

We can't see the bottom of your timeline because you've cropped your screen grab. So I can't tell if your white background is just a background colour or an opaque layer. If the white in your comp is transparent space, you can just put a green solid at the bottom of your layer stack and you're done. If it's not, you'll need to find the layer in your stack that is creating the white background, then put your green solid above it.

The biggest mistake people make on this forum is asking how to do what they think they need, rather than explaining what result they need to achieve.

Why do want to add a "green screen"? Are you planning to chromakey it later on? There are better ways to generate transparency, depending on how you are going to use it. If you explain what you need to achieve, and where it's going afterwards, we can probably suggest other options.
