how can I copy the specification of one layer line to other?

Hi, I deed please to make just copy of specification of one layer to other in after effects 2018. I need to take the same look. could you answer me please for this issue? see the video below to understand what I have meant exactly.

You can just duplicate the layer using the shortcut CTRL + D in windows or CMD + D in MAC.

or

You can also paste the properties of shape layer to another shape layer. Follow the steps in Screenshots
