How can I create a cute pink cat animation in After Effects?

I’m working on a small creative project in Adobe After Effects and I want to create a cute pink cat character with simple animations. I’m still learning After Effects and would like to know the easiest way to animate things like blinking eyes, moving ears, and a small bouncing motion.

I’ve also been looking at different APK Kucing Pink designs for inspiration, especially for the pink cat character and overall visual style.

Would you recommend creating the character directly in After Effects, or designing it in another app first and then importing it? Also, which After Effects tools or effects would be best for this type of simple character animation?

The easiest way is to use Adobe Character Animator, but if you don’t have access to that, its entirely possible to create a characer in After Effects using shape layers (or solids). You make everything on it’s own layer and parent them together.

I used to use a character made this way for my tutorials.

Once you have your character, use the entire composition as a layer in another comp and it’s easy to animate their position to move.
