How can I make a gif that a photo is transforming to another one naturally like this?

Hi, guys!

I want to make a gif using many photos that look similar overall but have different details.

One is transforming to the next photo naturally like these:

Anyone knows how to make this kind of thing? or do you know what to google to get some tips?

    There is no easy way to do this. You need to use some form of morphing tool to do it. There are tools out there like Re:Flex from REvision FX, but AE also has a tool called Reshape that comes with AE. You'll probably need to morph different parts of the face individually to really get it to look right. This tutorial should get you started: CreativeCOW morphing tutorial

    This video shows how to combine multiple GIFS but you can try using images instead of GIFS. This is just to give you an idea.
