How can I make the effect stronger?

Question

Hi, I'm making a video with using snowfall effect to make the flows of lighting effect.

I used snowfall effect and track mattes together.

The problem is the effect looks vague so it's hard to recognize the move of the light.

I will be appreciate if you could give me the way to make the effect stronger.

You can duplicate the layer and use blending modes liek Add to intensify the result. Conversely, adjustments with Levels and Curves can add some crunch. Adding some Glow effect might also help, you just have to tone it down enough and use a small radius.
