I think you'll need to create an image for a displacement map effect, where light and dark areas line up with the lines of the shipping containers.  This will make the text appear to be projected like the logos.

Or are you wanting the text to wrap around the shipping container?  In which case, I think you probably need a 3D model of the container and animate its texture.  This means you'll either need to use C4D Lite and animate it there or pay for Video Copilot Element3D to animate the texture moving across the container.
