Then use a combination of Premier to edit the shots, short sequences, and animation that you created. You'll be using several techniques. After Effects will be used to create shots that you edit in Premiere Pro. Occasionally you will use AE to create short sequences and animations. If I were to re-create that sample video from scratch it would take me about a week of full-time work. I would've done it quite differently. The list of different techniques required would probably number close to 100. That is too long of a list to post on the forum.

You'll need to write a script, create a storyboard, revise the script, record the voice over, license the music (or compose original), design the graphics, and then animate the graphics to the voice over.
