How Can I resolve After effects Crash | Error DBSync BEE_ThreadedRenderUpdateQueue

Always crashing after loading assets and comps

and showing this error <123145364901888> <DBSync> <5> BEE_ThreadedRenderUpdateQueue:

 

Can anyone help me ? 

System: Macbook pro 
OS :Bigsur Version 11.2.3

 

After effetcs Version  17.1.1

Hi royzjacob,

No specific font has been mentioned by the engineers who analyzed the crash report. I'd recommend you review the recently installed fonts and see if it brings any change.

Hi thanks for the reply 

Yes its happening almost every projects,  when i'm trying to open a particular project, and at a particular point. it suddendly stops and showing the error. Sometimes it works after importing the file into a new project. (SOMETIMES ONLY ) and i tried almost every option to resolve this 
after the first crash, i can't even open the rest of my projects. all are affected the same.

LOAD the comps and assets then Crash..🤨😣😣


MacOs Bigsur 11.2.3

System Specs : 
 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
Graphics  : Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB


i can share the crash log if needed.

Thanks for sharing the crash logs. It looks like some Unicode font is creating the crash. Can you try removing it and see if that helps?
