How can you determine the Quicktime Cineform Quality Setting of a video file?

I have several hundred precomps that I exported at different times during my project.

They all use the Cineform codec, but I think some of them were accidentally set to the lowest quality during export.  Is there a way for me do find which MOV files are set to the lowest quality without having to re-render everything?

    Thanks!  I actually already attempted to decipher the data rate (in Windows by right clicking the file) ....

    Problem with that is these are all cropped green screen clips, so the frame sizes are all different.  I suppose there could be a clever way to calculate that out, but that's getting into more work than just re-rendering everything.

    but have not found where it can show the frame size too. (it has a column but it does not show any information).

    Open up your movies in Quick Time player and then open up the Movie Inspector and check the data rate. If the movies have the same frame size and frame rate the data rate should be pretty close to the same:
