How do I add missing footage?

I downloaded a template from Envato and it's missing a layer of footage and I can't figure out how to add it in.. It's missing Footage 11, it goes with the Strategy layer. I tried to duplicate Footage 10 and changed the layer name but it links the footage images together. How can I add in that missing layer but keep the same effects on it?  Thanks!
