How do I change a background to black when there’s a spinning subject in the middle?

I filmed a vase of roses from above, and spun the camera,  (by flying a drone),  Theh floor is grey and spotty and the vase is on top a black small table. Is there a way I can turn all of the background perfectly black?

Sure. It's called rotoscoping which can involve anything from traditional masking and painting to keying to using the Advanced Rotobrush to eitehr cut out the vase completely or at least mask out critical areas to fill with colors or apply local color corrections to make them look consistent with the rest. Impossible to advise on how you would proceed best without working yourself to death without seeing at least a screensot/ reference frame of your footage.
