I bought the biggest and most powerful PC on the market, the alien ware I7, and adobe is still making my PC freeze, and run at such a slow and choppy speed! It's running at 1 FPS!!

Agreed, tutorials seem like a solid place to start. Depending on the project 1fps is completely normal. If there's a lot of effects or other intensive edits. Non-effected video should play much smoother, if not real-time.  While you get up to speed via tutorials we can try to help but we will need significantly more information.

Agree with Paul. You haven't provided any useful information, so it's impossible to even begin to advise.

You're joking, right?   You've told us nothing.  All "Alienware I7"  tells us is that you probably paid twice what your system is worth.

I’m not an IT person, I’m sorry. I bought the Alienware 15 R3 I7 core 1070 graphics card 16 RAM. I’m sure I spent way to much but it was what both Apple and Best Buy said to buy for Editing.

Why are you apologizing for not being an IT person?

Point is...if you want someone here to help you troubleshoot why you're getting headaches...you're going to have to provide specific information as laid out in the link I provided to you.  In addition, we need details about your application settings & about what's in your project including effects & asset properties (assets are the files you drop into your timeline).

Do you have any experience using after effects?  If not then it's very probable that THAT is the source of your headaches.

Regardless, if you cannot provide details there's nothing anyone can do to help you.

If you're under the impression that you can just jump in and start "playing around" in After Effects then you're in for a rude awakening.

I suggest you start a program of learning from a proven source like Lynds.com or Pluralsight or Adobe.
