How do I disable GPU Accelerated UI Rendering?

Also I'm not talking about the setting "Hardware accelerated composition, layer, and footage panels". Premiere Pro has the abillity to disable it but I can't find it on After Effects.

 

GPU Accelerated UI Rendering causes the premeire pro/after effects window to lag when dragging it around or hovering over most UI buttons have "phantom" effects. It also makes the timeline and other stuff very slow.

 

I never had this problem in Premiere Pro v24.
