How do i fix apply animation preset so i can click on it

Thanks for reaching out. Are you trying to save an animation preset or apply existing presets to layers? What happens when you click “apply animation preset”? Are there any error messages? Are you on Windows or Mac?

In the timeline, select all the features you wish to save in the preset, from Effects, to masks and transform properties.  With these selected, you should see Save Animation Preset as clickable in the Animation menu.
