How do I get this face to track onto the surface of the back in Mocha Pro?

Question

I have been trying for the last few days to use Mocha Pro to mesh track this back and nothing seems to work.

I have tried to follow the advice of the offical Mocha reddit account and It still doesn't work the mesh always goes way off of the surface I am trying to track. https://vimeo.com/manage/videos/926485478

Everytime I try to track the back it messes up like this.

No texture, no tracking. Aside from a few acne scars and of course the shadows from the bulges and indentations there's just nothing there that would allow to derive any information. There should be some sensible dot placement on the guy or he should be wearing a supertight shirt/ body suit with a trackable pattern. Given the absence of all that your only option is likely classic rotomation by hand.
