How do I make a preset to flip an entire line of text?

Hello. I've looked around on the internet, but only found either presets that must be purchased, or tutorials on only small aspects of text presets. How would I make text, or a line of text, make a complete 180 flip like seen in this video?

Also, would I need to use adobe photoshop to create those left lines and animate them individually with Adobe Animate to get the exact same effect in After Effects or no?

Why would you even use a preset when you can just rotate the layer after making it 3D? Similarly, the partially covered areas could easily be done using a circular mask on a solid or a shape layer in AE directly. No offense, but this is so basic, you really need to watch some tutorials and/ or read the help.
