How do I make motion blur work on top of color correction

So whenever I use color correction on top of a clip motion blur is gone, that smoothness is all gone. Is there a way to fix this?

Your description is at best vague and generaic, but more to the point pretty much useless. You have not explained how you use the motion blur and apply the effects. Same for color correction. And then of course the usual niceties of info about your system, your composition, footage used and ultimately screenshots. From a wrong stacking order of effects/ nesting of comps to hardware acceleration issues to simply aggressive color tweaks affecting the internal logic of the calculations that could be anything. Anyway, you have to make an effort to actually give us something to work with.

Not sure waht is causing your problem. Try to creat an adjjustment layer on top of your composition and add the CC Force Motionn Blur Effect (Time category) for create motion blur for the layers below. Anyway it would be great if you could share with us a screen capture of your timeline composition for checking.
