How do I make the text in the panels larger?

Hello!

Sorry if this is a simple question... but how do I make the text inside the panels larger?  For example, within the timeline I can barely read each of the layers... the pick whip is really tiny.  Same with the font size in the Effects panel, Project Panel... etc.

I am aware that there is a slider within the Timeline that increases the size of the clips in the timeline... I'm not talking about that.  I'm referring to the overall font in every Panel or Control...

    how do I make the text inside the panels larger?

    currently you can't do that in an After Effects Preference. you can do that on OS level and set the overall scaling to be larger.
