How do I render video with alpha and shadows?

I've create a animation in Cimena 4D for client and they've asked if I could supply .mov file pro-res with alpha channels. I've rendered out all frames including mask pass and shadow pass. What the best way to set it up in After Effects and export the way client has asked?

Here is a screengrab from QT showing how it looks: kenetic.com.au/host

the best way is to use the build in settings in cinema 4d to export file to after effects,

check this old school tutorial (i think it's still same)

after than you can export your pro-res with alpha using this settings

Also it's possible to import your C4D project directly inside after effects and re-render the project as you need directly from After effects
