I used content aware to replace the side of this box and auto-tracked the mask to follow the box motion. I want to add this logo and track it with the box. How do I do that?

Is there a way to link the logo to mask path I already tracked?

Since it's a box a normal corner pin track in AE or mocha should do. Just check your workflow: You track first before turning everything into a moosh with content aware fill, not the other way around. Use duplicate layers to keep the workflow clean.
