How do the color icons used in script appear on macOS?

I am developing a simple script and using emojis like '🏷️ 📸' for button icons.

On Windows, these icons appear as colorless outlines (white), and I would like to know if they are rendered with color on macOS. My intention is to have them appear without color. I am wondering if the UI on macOS looks the same as on Windows. I am using the latest versions.
