How do you move the current time indicator with the keyboard?

I'd like to move the current time indicator using the keyboard frame by frame. Thanks.

    Personally, I use the Ctl-Cursor Rt/Lft key combo.  Use the Cmd key on a Mac.  If You add the shift key it moves 10 frames.  There's a way to use function keys for the same thing, but I don't use it.

      If you wish to use less buttons you can also just use 
      Page Up/Page Down buttons for moving by one frame and Pg Up/Pg down + Shift for moving by 10 frames
