How i can't change the radius of a corner to a rounded rectangle

Hi, I'm new and I'm using Adobe for a project. I need to create a rounded rectangle and stretch it only on the y-axis. By scaling only the y, the angles change as they lengthen. How can i keep them from dafault?

Animate the size of the parametric rectangle path, not the scale of the shape group.Mylenium
