How is Face Tools files installed into After Effects?

I bought and Downloaded Face Tools. But, how is it installed into After Effects?

 

Please give step by step instructions. I am brand new at this so instructions that a 5 year old could follow would be much appreciated.

I don't have the plugin, so I don't know any trick other than going to the developer's website and using their installer or following their install instructions. There are very few 3rd party plugins that you can just copy and paste into an apps Plugins folder.
