Question

How to add yourself to movies

I want to ask you, I filmed a video clip and I want to transfer my character, i.e. (me), and remove the background of the video, then erase a character in another film, such as (Need for speed), and add the film I made. Can you help me?
Because I searched but couldn't find a solution to this problem

Thank you.

It will make your life easier if you shoot a video of yourself on a green background. Then, you could quickly and easily remove the background in After Effects, with just a few clicks with Keylight effect (for the entire video ;-).  ).

If your background is different, as Mylenium mentioned, you'd need to do some rotocoping with Roto Brush tool, which works on frames one-by-one and takes time.

That's a complex subject and all depends on how you shot yourself and what specific type of integration you need. That said, of course you'll be needing a lot of rotoscoping work, color corrections and additional refienements. You likely haven't found anything because at the end of the day nobody is going to cover this in a single tutorial. You have to tackle the steps individually. Start with the relevant sections in the AE help and take it from there:
