How To After Effects / Premiere to Davinci Resolve Workflow

I want to Color Grade and Final Export on Davinci Resolve. 

I have an edited Premiere Pro secuence with Dynamic Links to After Effect compositions. 

I think I need to export everything in a loseless format so I can grade in Davici without breaking the footage right? Or am I missing something? What format could that be that? What workflow do you guys use when going from Premiere / AE to Davinci Resolve for final render.
