Dear Adobe,

Could you make the XMP file editing on help page more plainly?
I think We can customize the created date in the XMP file that will be related to the created date of actual file.

macOS user uses a command "settle -d" to change the created date of a file. However, When it execute against a 360 video(.MP4), It's necessary to change the created date of XMP file, too.
But I don't know how to change the created date in XMP file. It seems that we can change the date value using text edit.app(notepad[Windows]) not XMP explore. Then, It will be possible to road it into XMP when we run Media Encoder to export.

Could you kindly tell me how to do it on help page of XMP of Adobe?

If there is no such a way, Could you enhance After Effects, Premiere Pro?

Best regards,
