How to change the labels on the user interface to english

I am looking for a look up table. My account is in French as I work with a French OP. But all the tutorials are in English. Can anyone help me find a translation of the effects and presets in After Effets? What is Find Edges on the french list?

You can change the language of the Creative Cloud apps in the 'Creative Cloud desktop client' - here's how:

To apply the language change to an app already installed on your computer, uninstall and reinstall the app.
