How to change Timeline panel layout

hi, i used to have my timeline layout like this

but im not sure how it changed to this

please can someone tell me how to get it back to normal? thank you

In addition to what Jose suggested, you can enable/disable the buttons at the bottom left corner of the Timeline panel.

Menu Window > Workspace > Reset "X" to saved layout (where X defines the current worksapce you are using)
