How to create bubbles using an image already in the logo

Hello,

I can't find any infomation on this anywhere on the web. I have a logo that is a Cauldron with Musical Notes coming out of it. I would like to animate the musical notes as bubbles coming out of it. How do I do that?

I know about the CC Bubbles in Simulation. But I want only the musical notes to be bubbles coming out of the cauldron. I am wondering how to do that,

Can anyone help with this?
