How to create floating ringing phone video?

Question

My PC is very old and has a very weak GPU and CPU. I can not use AE tools in my pc. I'm sorry but i didn't find better forum to ask this question.

Now I want to create videos similar to this one:

Can anyone tell me how I can easily create a video like this?
I mean a floating phone from a top view that is ringing (with sound and animation).
If possible, I’d like to create this type of video using Android apps like CapCut or any other mobile-friendly tools.

Any help or tutorial recommendation would be really appreciated!

Hi Pubg32486011zfgs,Thanks for the question. I'm afraid I don't have an answer to your question since I do not have CapCut or other mobile app installed that could handle this. I would use After Effects. Any hope of upgrading your computer or getting a newer one? If not, hopefully, a community member will stop by and give you a better answer. Sorry about that. Thanks,Kevin
