How to create particles like these?

Hey guys, I hope y'all are doing well. I am wondering, what system did this content creator use to create the particles to react to music exactly like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_NB5luxtic&t=85s

the white particles move so smoothly and go up every time the bass on the music is elevated. Please let me know if you do know, thank you!

The actual system is irrelevant. It's just a random stream of particles floating about, which can be created even with the particle effects that come with AE. The rest is just time-remapping based on audio as explained here:
