How to create this transition in after effects

The fourth is just another swish-blur transition with rotation, if that's what you mean. The video is all over the place and just seems to throw each stock transition they could find at people, so it's probably just from one of the plug-in suites such as Sapphire or BCC. That said, something similar could easily be created using CC Radial Blur or a similar "spin zoom" effect applied to the two layers to be transitioned and a few parameters being animated while having a simple cross fade somewhere inbetween. Likewise, you could just animate the layers directly in a pre-comp and apply tons of CC Force Motion Blur or Timewarp to create the exaggerated motion blur. Plenty of ways to do it.
