How to cut a layer shifting and keeping all the keyframes aotumatically within the layer

Hello,

I wonder is there any way to cut a layer (ALT+]/[) and moving all the keyframes automatically. I mean first keyframe automatically will move itself to the start of the layer and all other keyframes will exaclty  be positioned before the cut took place.

when I cut a layer I have to manually move the keyframes, I dnt wanna do that. 

any shortcut or process?
