Prepare a bunch of artwork with transparency. Photoshop is a good tool. Stack up the layers in After Effects and animate the position, scale, rotation, and opacity. Keep each comp to the length of a sentence or phrase, then do the final editing and sound mixing in Premiere Pro. 

No template will do all of those moves. The biggest part of a job like that is preparing the artwork.
