Sorry to see that no one has replied to this yet.

You've probably noticed that After Effects and Premiere Pro skip from 48 kHz to 88.2 kHz in the audio export options.

Adobe Audition allows for 64 kHz, but as far as I am aware that is for audio only formats.

 

Assuming your screenshot is from delivery specifications provided from a client, I'd reach out and ask what host application is recommended for generating a file at those settings.
