How to fix bugged letters in 3d/4d render?

Hi, I'm adding 3d/4d city names texts to my video but whenever i set them to 3d, the inside of the letter A is completely filled. I don't know how to fix. I'm still a beginner (if i say so myself). I followed a youtube video, everything worked well but this i can't fix... See photo for the issue.
