How to fix error for track motion with an unsupported frame size (see attached picture)

It isn't letting me manually adjust the size by dragging the corners. How do I fix this ?

That's not ideal. Is it happening with a specific footage? Can you test with a different media? What version of After Effects are you using?Let me know.Thanks,Nishu
