how to fix track motion problem

i attached a short video.. when i click edit target option and then press ok its not work.. how to fix .. I am using AE 2019.

You will not see any motion applied to a layer in the Layer Panel. You have to switch to the Composition Panel. A simple click in the timeline should bring it back into view.
