How to get the Keyboard Shortcuts File in After Effects?

I have a friend who's recently starting in After Effects and I would like to give him my keyboard shortcuts. Is there any way I could send him my file, just like in Premiere?

Yes, save your shortcuts, they will be in this folder:

now tell him to place them there in his workstation. he will see it in the shortcut editor
