How to get this RGB distorted effect?

Hi there,

Anyone know how to get this specific RGB distorted effect? It looks like a standard chromatic abberation at first, but most plugins you see for that are simply chromatic at the edges and sharp in the centre. The effect in this video however, is more unique in the bends and curves.

It's simply mixed up with additional distortion effects and blurs before and after the RGB offset. Anything from Turbulent Displace to simply using the video itself as an input in the Displacement Map effect and doses of Gaussian Blur. Presumably it's based on the various Sapphire effects that have RGB stuff built in, so it would be even simpler. Either way, easy enough to replicate. As always it will just take lots of tweaking to get the look right.
